Chapter 4: He's a MONSTER!

Smiling all the way to the door, Ri was stopped by her brother.
" You've seem so happy, What's the great news dear... ", Charles watched her sister with a freaky smile and carved a dimple in his right cheek.
" Nothing, why, is it wrong to smile?..do I have to pay tax for it? ", Ri tried not to tell her brother about the conversation between her and Efron as he would be such a busy body and annoyed her sometimes.
Without any hesitation, Charles quickly took the i-pad off her hands and closed the bed room door. He ran down stairs and went to the kitchen.
" Mum! Mum! Ri is dating a boy here named 'Efron' in FB! Listen,... ",
so he read some of the important parts of the conversation to his mother who was placing her fresh baked pecan cookies inside the cookie jar one by one; actually he was just kidding around.
Chasing from up stairs, Ri frantically explained to her mother,..
" Mum, it's not like what you think it is. He's making this up! ", pointing and staring at her brother with a deep thoughts " I'm so gonna kill you this time! ", and continue her explaination towards her mother..
" This Efron guy, he asked me to meet him this weekend. He's an old friend of mine back in primary school. Please don't be mad at me,. I wasn't being flirty.. ", pulling her face downward to the kitchen floor, she did not have the guts to look at her mother's reaction.
Then Charles interfere again, " But you like it don't you! Hey, no love birds is allowed at your age!!"
Couldn't take it any longer, Ri strike an action, " Uuuuuurghh! CHARLIE!! You MONSTER! ",
she grabbed a roll of aluminium foil that was placed on the granite table top and try to hit his brother.
So, they end up chasing one after another once again, running around the dining table for a few times and off to the backyard through the kitchen door.

Being a mother of three boys and one baby girl, Mrs. Caleb Arlisa often seen this brother-sister fight before..
" Alright enough with this.. Charles, Carilyn stop it..",
" But he started it!! ", Ri turned her back and look at her mother. But still, Charles did not get enough of the fight, so he pulled up a garden hose towards his sister's pony-tail and turn the pipe on.
The water flows right through Ri's head and wets her clothes..and the fight continued.
" CHARLIE MARC CALEB!!! Stop it this instance ", probably this dragged both of their attention.
After changing their wet and muddy apparels, they both sat on different parts of the living room, Ri on the couch facing the television while Charles relaxed himself on the massage chair. There were not a single word spilled out from their lips after Charles were being scolded by Mrs. Caleb.. " Carilyn, honey.. You may go ", said their mother, walking in to the living room from the garden through the sliding door. " Thanks mum..", Ri get off the couch and head straight to the stairs. " Where are you going? ", " upstairs, to my room.. you said i could go..", confused for a while. " what i meant was, you can go and meet your friend this weekend..", " seriously? thanks Mum! ", Ri hugged her mum tightly and kissed her cheeks to show her excitement.. " just promise me you'll be good and take care of yourself..", " you can count on me mum.." she then headed back to her room. " What mum? Come on! she's too young for this... ", Charles started to argue again. " Charlie, she's all grown up now.. its time for her to learn some responsibilities on her own, so she could be more independant..", " But mum, you shouldn't trust any boy so easily, some of them are freaks! ", Charles try to get to his point.. " I know you care so much about your baby sister and try to protect her as much as you could, but sometimes you need to let her do what she wants.. as long as she's not troubling herself,.", " wow mum.. you've seem to laid back a little bit.. usually you were more strict, its hard to find you giving this kind of permission to her.. you know, boys and girls, chatting, meeting.....together", " perhaps, you'll just have to go with the flow sometimes ",. Charles slowly nodded and said... " maybe.....". -upstairs, Ri's room- Charles knock the door. " What else do you want? I'm tired and I don't wanna fight anymore! ", Ri slowly opened the door. " I'm sorry, but please let me in ", " Fine. ", " Yes! thanks..", Charles kissed her sister's forehead. " So, what's your intention here?", Charles took a deep breath and said that he didn't give his permission for Ri to meet Efron.. " What? you're not the boss of me.. I thought you came here to create peace, not to ruined the moment! ", " Fine.. then I'll follow you! or else...", " No, no.. I'm all grown up now, I don't need you as my adult supervision.. wait, or else what?" " or else, I'll tell mum about the love letter you gave James last two years at school...", " What? you wouldn't dare!", " Try me.... Mum!!!Ri once sent a.." Ri quickly put both of her palms on her brother's mouth to shut it close. Then Charles licked her palms.. " euww, GROSS!!. alright fine! you can come along. But don't tell mum about that! ", " I'm not so sure I could guaranty that,..Okay, okay, fine, sure, whatever you say ", Charles stopped kid around after Ri throw him a wild stare with her big cat eyes. " It wasn't a love letter anyway,. I just want to express my feelings towards him, that's all..Besides, he wouldn't know it was me,..uhhh I guess because I didn't left my name on it..", " so, are you still on to him? ", Charles asked softly,. " who? James? I'm not sure.. at school, he didn't show any reaction towards me.. I guess I'll stop liking him cause,. well you know, it's hurtfull to like someone that doesn't like you back. Maybe he already had a crush of his own... so, I'll move on.. But don't tell Mum about this please! ", " Okay, I'll try my best.. but you do know that everything I do, I really hope it is the best for you! ", they hugged eachother as the bonds between the eldest brother and the youngest baby sister gets closer for each and every fight that leads to a softtalk.. " You know what, in my opinion and based on my experience, sometimes between learning and excelling the academic, you need to refresh your mind and play some love game a little bit, not too much though! so you could really enjoy your school days.. aaah good times, gooooood times...", recalling his teenage years as the honoured school's head prefect. " whatever you say bro...whatever you say.....", " Hey, Let's get ourself a cup of vanilla and caramel ice-cream! its your favourite flavour! "... So they both went out of the room and headed down stairs.. But Charles happened to saw a drawing on a piece of white A4 paper on top of Ri's study table.. It seems to be a guy that kind of look like James... maybe she still likes him anyway.. Who ever it supposed to be, Charles had a great feelings about the guy named James though he did not know why,...

Chapter 3: Let's Meet..

She login her Facebook account and open a new massage in her personal mailbox.
" Hey there Carilyn, are you busy this December ? =D ", with a smiley emoticon, Efron Frederick a friend of Ri since Standard One asked. It seems like the question got something related to the reunion that they were planning to do.



" Hey Efron! Is this about the reunion? I'm free but instead my father is busy. So, I guess I won't be joining you guys ",
" ouh, hmm. Well it's too bad. Our reunion isn't complete without The Gorgeous One. By the way, where do you live right now? ", Ri wasn't assure of Efron's feelings but it seems that he was concerned and a little bit dissapointed.
" Wow, The Gorgeous One!? It looks like I have a title of my own after all. Currently I'm staying at Vista Kirana Park, Juventus Town ",
" Of course you do. Well, that isn't so far away.. I could fetch you up ",
" Efron, you can drive?",
" Well my birthday was in February, so I got my license as soon as I turned 17. I even drove to school   using my brother's Ford Fiesta ",





" ooo.. Awesome. But it would be such a burden for you to fetch me here, besides my mum wouldn't approve on me taking a ride with my friends ",
" Even with an old friend? hmm, I really thought that we could meet... ",
" Hey no worries, about two months from now I'll be moving back to Equine City to our new house in Orleans Height. I'm sure to join any reunion party by then... ",
" Hey, that's great! Anyway, is Timber Lake near to Vista Kirana Park ? ",
" Well it is the biggest lake in town, it will took just about 15 minutes to get here. Why? ",
" It happens to be that my family and I; are going to visit my brother at Juventus Sky High Flying Academy, near the Timber Lake.. Is there by any chances we could meet? ",
Ri was getting suspicious towards Efron's eagerness of seeing her,
" hahaha.. why do you want to see me so much Efron? Its funny you know.. ",
" Well, I am going to Juventus Town anyway and it happens to be that you live there, so it wouldn't be wrong if we meet for a while right? ",
" That my friend, I'll need to ask for my mum's permission first.. either way, I'll be sure to let you know okay ",
" Just so you know it, I'll be there from Sunday until Tuesday evening..",
" Okay! ".
 In the meantime, Charles noticed her little sister was smiling cheek to cheek and looked so
pleasantly happy infront of the slantedly-stand i-pad.
He wondered..........

Chapter 2: A New Beginning

It seems that Ri's friends from Alexander Junior Elementary School is having a reunion held at Monalisa Cafe, The Curve in Equine City on 19th December 2012 ( Wednesday ).
Too bad for her, she could not join them as she lives at Juventus Town which is probably hundreds kilometres away from Equine City.



Since form two, she moved out from Equine City as her father gets promoted to become the Director of Health Ministry in Juventus Town.
Her family rent a two-storeys semi-detached house at Vista Kirana Park compliment with friendly neighbourhoods and surrounded by peaceful greenery.
And it happens to be that Vista Elite High School is just two corners away from her place.

It was a new beginning for Ri, then was the time for her to turn over a new leaf and experience a new adventure of life without her best friends back in Equine City. She learnt to build up her spirit and be all smile, accept new challenges and face her daily teenage-life with new friends in her new school.
Ri excelled all the way through her high school years, be it in academic or co-curricular activities, she topped in both.



Now, she was no longer a junior of VEHS, others known her as Queen Ri or Q.Ri right after she won the title of Junior High Prom Queen. She finished her senior years with flying colours and graduated with gratitude, respects and so many sweet memories in the back of her mind.

chapter 1: Was it You?

She was shocked, her heart beats faster than the drum roll.. adrenaline rushing in her veins, blood was chasing, heart was pounding, butterflies flying like crazy in her tummy as she stared at him..
 " Enrique, is that you.. " she whispered gently hoping that the guy sitting next to her table would be the guy she had her crushed on. Enrique was her junior, same school, once surprised Ri by giving her a big stuffed bunny ( as Ri loves rabbits so much ) in the school assembly, leaving other students speechless including Ri herself.



"what is he doing here? wait.." zooming her sight at the guy.
She was a bit dissapointed from what she saw. The guy that she expected to be Enrique was much more fair in colour with a different hair cut too. Absolutely not a dark skin boy with bushes of hair neatly covers his forehead and owns thick eye brows with long eyelashes. But from the guy's back and the way he wore; plain dark grey T-shirt with a red Varsity jacket, his style seems to be quite a charm that showed some similarities to Enrique.



Somehow she was confused and upset to recall back the sweet memories between her and Enrique that ended up so soon. Their relationship was slipping away and they certainly felt like they are falling from a tightrope leaving scars and bruises on each of their fragile heart. After a few courses and some chit-chats at the wedding, Ri called it a day and get herself back home with her family. The guy threw a few glance at her, maybe because he noticed how deeply Ri stared at him. #wanna know what happened next? who's that guy anyway? does he got anything to do with Ri? will Ri move on and just forget about Enrique or she will be falling into history once again? we'll see on the next chapter okay! doodles peeps..

Hey U STRANGER! this one is especially for U..

Assalamualaikum STRANGER and peeps..




i've been having this ask.fm account for about 3 days or so.. and
i've been asked by a STRANGER some silly yet funny questions.



at first, THE STRANGER asked me this.. "Do you have someone that you like in your class? "
( i guessed it was u.. but, not so sure yet )
and i answered.. " i do,. well i did, because currently i dont have any class "

2nd question : " Do you think Danial is sexy? "
( oh man,. common,. this assured me that THE  STRANGER knows me well.. kinda..maybe..whatever.. What the?? SEXY? merepek betul lah soalan ni )
my answer: " Which danial? i know a few Danials..
( danial mana satu? classmate ke danial a.k.a Dani ke Danial Aiman.. byk tuhh )

STRANGER asked me back... " Danial who is the hottest guy in 5 Alpha, do you know him? "
( i knew who u r this time, but, lets just play the game,. go with the flow )
so i answered : " looks like u know him better than i do,..STRANGER.. yes, i do know him why?


Well in the meantime,. it happens to be that i was saying goodbye to MIMAYS(nama samaran) through comments in one of my status in FB.. The last comment that i wrote was " slmt mlm, nak update blog"

while in the next tab,.. i received another question on my ask.fm account....
" Kak Ina ada blog eh? nak tengok ??? "
( donno whether  it was from a jr. of mine or the STRANGER again,.. but dont u find it linked to each other? ok, lets proceed shall we,...)
me : " ada dear,. adk ni siapa ya? [blog's link] "
( that DEAR doesnt meant the STRANGER ok! DEAR is meant for my juniors that eager to see my blog.. anyways.. somehow i knew it was YOU! )

another question from the STRANGER,.. I see.. not so much like a question actually,. it was more like a riddle or clue that shows who THE STRANGER really is..
STRANGER : " well, since he(danial) sits behind me, i just wanna know what does people thinks about him "
(BUSTED YOU STRANGER!)
me : " well it seems that u r no longer a stranger to me, bcoz i just might know who u really are.."

oh man i knew it all along!!  in a nutshell, the case of this mystery STRANGER is SOLVED..
according to the proves,.. [ fluently english writting, a person that sits in front of danial, calling me Kak Ina?? hmm, strange...] everything leads to a BOY NAMED................
u like to play games dont u..

well i hope u are happy enough bcoz i've been writing this ONE POST for the loyal STRANGER OF MINE... hahahhh.. NO HURT FEELINGS OKAY SYAMIM,.

feeling like writing.. SHORT STORY !! a.k.a SHTORTY..

ROTI TELUR... ^.^

sekadar gambar hiasan,.. tak sempat nak ambil gambar MY ROTI TELUR

woke up, solat subuh, get back to my bed and tuck myself inside the blanket again...
#feeling kinda dizzy actually..

" Ina,. ina nak tidur ke.. Ina tolong mama buatkan roti telur boleh? "
" hihihii.. pening kepala sikit.. okay boleh ^^ "
" eh, tak pa ke? nanti anak Ma jatuh nanti..." ( comelkan Mama ku sayang tu )
" hehe,. tak da lah, tak pa.. ;) "

so, i get myself to the kitchen, and go BUAT ROTI TELUR!!! yeeehooo...
bila dah siap hidang,.. Mama and Kakna pun makan..

kakna: " Ina,. thank you, I'm full,.. Mama,. thank you, I love you.. "
Mama: " Sedapnya Ina buat, pandai anak Mama masak.."

me,.. HAPPY-nya Mama kata roti telur ina sedap.. walaupun cuma sekadar roti telur.. hahahah

well,. the last piece roti telur is extra special coz nak habis kan telur2 tu untuk sekeping roti tu..
so, I made it for Mama lah, coz, mama suka telur tu banyak2..

" yang ni untuk Mama tau~ ni SPECIAL punya, banyak telur.. "

then Mama said,........
" TAK APA, INA AMBIL LAH YANG TU... YANG LAIN-LAIN PUN SPECIAL JUGA.. SELALUKAN MAMA YANG BUAT, TAPI KALI INA YANG BUAT,. SO SEMUA SPECIAL.. "

awwwwww,... Comelnyaaaaa Mama saya!!! Terima kasih Mama sebab selalu puji ina masak!
#tapi kadang2 tu, tertumpah garam juga.. hehehe,.

apa yang terjadi sebenarnya? okay let me story-mory..

malam sebelum tu, dah kemas segala-gala barang sekolah, memandangkan Ina dah TAK SEKOLAH LAGI LEPAS NI.. haheeheh..(laugh gladly)

so, what's the dream? 

me with my friends, running down the hall,.. tak tahu kenapa, tapi nampak Anip (classmate)

berlari-lari kat corridor menjerit suara nyaring mcm perempuan,.. ahhahahah, kelakarnya~

semua orang macam menggelabah terlebih.. ina tanya, "weh, sekarang pukul berapa?", "9.30...","ahhhhhh,.."

sambung kelam-kabut balik semula semua orang. 

Waktu dalam mimpi tu, tahu2 je yg exam start 9.30 pg..

"alaaa, camna ni? nak gi toilet dulu~!!", "tak pa, awak pergilah, kite orang masuk dulu tau",

Pastu, masuk ja toilet, punya lah ramai orang menunggu,. siap ada kerusi macam dekat post office/bank-bank tu,.. yg kerusi banyak2 tu kan, ada kat dalam toilet, dah lah penuh..siap nampak my girlfriends dari kelas lain berborak-borak lagi,.. haduyaaaii.. 

what did i do?

so, masuklah dewan semula.. 

whattt???? ada paper chem and fizik.. why??

me: "cikgu, saya rasa saya dah jawab haritu.. boleh guna jawapan haritu tak?"

cikgu: " oh, yang tu lain, yang ini yang lain punya,. "

(dalam hati, "tapi cikgu, saya dah lupa; buhuuhuu")

Entah kenapa, semua buku reference, notes, and past year questions semua ada kat lab,..

pastu ina gi ambil,. (ambil buku chem & fizik)

lab assistant: "kenapa ambil balik buku2 ni?"

me: "hurmmm, esok ada exam lagi,. PENAT laaah"

tapi sedar-sedar je kakna kejut,.

"ina, bangun solat subuh"

(look at her face, exhausted, put on smiley face and said)

"penat lah kakna,. INA TAK NAK AMBIL EXAM SPM LAGI.. SUDAH CUKUP SUDAH"

post PERTAMA sebagai LEPASAN SPM....... alhamdulillah

ASSALAMUALAIKUM peeps.. 

waaah,. dengan BLOGku yg berwajah BAHARU... well, this is my first attempt to update a NEW post since months and months ago; i left u alone, become dusty and unpublished...

ishh, main tuuuulis ja.. entah apa2 yg dimerepekkan entah..

actually i want to share some funny moments between me and my sista...:

(1) tengah tengok bola:,.. live, HARIMAU MALAYA vs. LAOS,..
"kakna, panggil apa eh orang yg tengah bercakap2 pasal bola ni..?"
" hmm, DJ..."
" = .. = " (hahahaha,.. sebenarnya dy tahu, org tu ialah pengulas sukan, tp sukati dia ja nak jawab apa kan..)

(2) sedang cari NEW template for my blog,.. she looked and "belek-belek" my head and said,..
"besarnya tahi lalat kat kepala ina ni,.. Lalat gergasi kah yg berak nih.."
(she makes me laugh,... HAHAHAH.. )

(3) tengah siap2 nak keluar rumah, gi jalan2,.. sedang mengunci grill pintu,.. kakyu cakap;,..
"Ina cepat, tutup pintu, rapatkan tingkap, rapatkan sliding door, rapatkan saf, dan buka kuda-kuda!!"
( she makes me laugh too!! OMG! dah rapatkan saf, nk buka kuda-kuda pulok! aduyaiiii, dah lah tak da kena mengenanya pun...
# mula2 ina ingatkan kakyu buat lawak, rupa-rupanya, "rapatkan saf, dan buka kuda-kuda" tu lirik lagu. hahhahah,.. the way she said it was sssssoooooo HILARIOUS!)

(4) antara banyak2 kakak,. kak ija lah yg paling rajin layan ina bila main ngan Atick...
# to kak ija, there are so many funny moments with u,.. eg. "ehemm" berlagu,..(tp segan pula nak cerita kat sini ya, hahahah)
# plus,. Atick's new girlfriend is NO MORE, NO MORE.. heheh.. (YESSSSH!!)

no matter what happens, I know that I'll always have my FAMILY  to catch my back,..

( i dedicate my first (after SPM) post especially to my family,. and because of their supports and prayers, 
i managed to end my school well... just need to BERTAWAKAL and hope for the best on my SPM RESULT... InsyaAllah,..)
